Not daring to put him down she moved back downstairs to turn everything off and once again moved upstairs to her bedroom where she made her preparations for bed. Scooting under her quilt she carefully placed his young body alongside hers and cuddled up next to him.
Morning found all three of them cuddled together in her bed.
During the week that followed Amy made the arrangements for the movers to bring the children's furniture over and to store the adult furniture in the garage, gotten Hope enrolled in the 3rd grade at the grade school in her new district, and had the children pick the toys, clothes, and things they wanted from the Stewart house.
